You can book your tickets by phone Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am – 4pm. This line is a message return service. Please leave your name, number and a brief description and our box office staff will return your call. Message volumes are monitored and a call back is guaranteed within 24 hours during business hours.

Online

Tickets can be purchased online through the “Book Now” buttons on each event page. To view events, head on the What’s On section.
You can also contact us via email on [email protected] with your request, our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to process your requests.

In Person

The Concourse Box Office is open one hour prior to each event at the Concourse and can be found on the Ground Floor Foyer

Thursday 9am – 4pm
Friday 9am – 4pm
The Concourse Box Office is also open one hour prior to each ticketed performance at the Concourse.
Please note: the Box Office temporarily closes between 12:00pm-1:00pm during the operating hours listed above.
