Following the advice from state and federal governments, Willoughby City Council has made the difficult decision to cancel the following Willoughby Symphony concerts: LIOR IN CONCERT on 22 May and SERENDIPITY on 23 and 24 May 2020. It is a decision that we have not taken lightly and it is disappointing for us, our musicians and you, our supporters. Options for ticket holders are: o Replacement of your tickets with a different Willoughby Symphony concert in 2020. o A full refund of your ticket price or a reduction in the number of concerts within your subscription. o Choose to donate your ticket price to the Willoughby Symphony as a tax deductible donation (we will send you a receipt) Please email with your preference from the above options. Please include a daytime contact number in case we need to clarify any details as well as the date of the performance you are attending and your seat numbers. We would love to see you at another performance later this year or for your donation to continue to support the Symphony. Your donation helps bring the beauty and vitality of orchestral music to life and maintains orchestral music’s role as an important part of the cultural fabric of our community. With your support, in 2019 we purchased a contrabassoon and new set of timpani. On behalf of Willoughby City Council, I thank you for your continued support during what is an incredibly challenging time for the arts across Australia. If you have any concerns or need other information, please contact the box office on 02 8075 8111 or

Many thanks for your understanding. Willoughby Symphony Orchestra
